I condemn in the strongest terms the aggression of the SDF Asayish forces and their violation of the sanctity of civilians in an unprecedented display of brutal force when their hordes attacked the village of Karahouk al-Faza'. They deliberately and premeditatedly killed the martyr Mahmoud al-Halil al-Zuba'i al-Shammari and terrorized women and children without any justification. This is truly an inhumane act that violates the most basic standards of human rights.

I also condemn the statement issued by the so-called Interior Ministry of the Jazira Canton, which only added fuel to the fire. Their statement contained numerous fallacies and distortions of the facts.

I commend the martyr's sons for their honorable and heroic stance in defending their homes and land, and for standing alone against this force for several hours without surrendering. The involvement of the international coalition forces fighting terrorism in incidents unrelated to terrorism is a dangerous matter and will have repercussions. We ask God to have mercy on the deceased and forgive him, and we consider him a martyr in God's eyes. Our deepest condolences to his children, family, and relatives. Condolences are also extended to the entire Shammar tribe.

و قتلهم عن سابق عمد و إصرار للشهيد محمود الهليل الزوبعي الشمري و ترويع النساء و الأطفال بدون وجه حق و الحقيقة انه عمل غير إنساني و يفتقد إلى ابسط معايير شرعة حقوق الإنسان .
و أدين بيان ما يسمى داخلية مقاطعة الجزيرة الذي صب الزيت على النار و أحتوى بيانهم على الكثير من المغالطات و تشويه الحقائق .
و أحيي أبناء الشهيد على موقفهم البطولي المشرّف لدفاعهم عن بيوتهم و أرضهم و تصديهم بمفردهم لكل هذه القوة لعدة ساعات و لم يستسلموا
إن أدخال قوات التحالف الدولي لمحاربة الارهاب في حوادث لا تمت للارهاب بصله امر خطير وستكون له تداعيات .
نسأل الله للفقيد الرحمة و المغفرة و نحتسبه عند الله شهيداً
و عزائنا الحار لأبنائه و أهله و ذويه
و العزاء موصول لجميع قبيلة شمر
