My cousin/wife's husband and younger brother

by the brutal Israeli occupation bombing of an aid group east of Deir al-Balah
What can we say, our hearts filled with grief, pain, and sadness?
You hastened your departure, my brother.
He married during the war of extermination and was martyred in it.
You have pained our hearts with your departure, my beloved.
I bear witness to God that he was well-mannered, polite, loyal, and helpful.
Your every encounter with him is met with his presence.
Glory be to God, who chooses martyrs.
Unfortunately, this war has left us with wounds that will never heal.
Our people are bidding farewell to martyr after martyr.
Down with the Zionist machine of hatred that is insatiable with our blood.
It has become difficult for us and our people to live healthy lives after these painful experiences.
To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

ماذا عسانا ان نقول وقد امتلأت قلوبنا غصة والم وحزن
لقد استعجلت الرحيل يا اخي
تزوج في حرب الابادة واستشهد فيها
لقد اوجعت قلوبنا برحيلك يا حبيب
اشهد لله انه كان حسن الخلق مؤدبا مخلصا خدوما
ما ان تنخاه في شئ الا وتجده امامك
سبحان الله الذي يصطفي الشهداء
للاسف هذه الحرب تركت فينا جروحا لن تندمل
اصبح شعبنا يودع الشهيد تلو الشهيد
تبا لالة الحقد الصهيونية التي لا تشبع من دمائنا
اصبح من الصعب علينا وابناء شعبنا ان نعيش اصحاء بعد هذه التجارب الاليمة
انا لله وانا اليه راجعون
