*The Women's Action Committee mourns Comrade Shaimaa al-Shaer and affirms that her assassination will not deter our people from continuing their struggle and resistance.*
The Union of Women's Action Committees, affiliated with the Palestinian Women's Movement, mourns the martyred comrade Shaimaa Jabr al-Shaer (18 years old), who was martyred in the horrific Al-Mawasi massacre in Khan Yunis Governorate, south of the Gaza Strip, which left more than 100 martyrs and wounded, and a large number missing. The Union of Women's Action Committees condemns this cowardly crime and affirms that this crime and other crimes of genocide will not deter our people and their feminist movement from continuing their struggle and resistance until the fascist occupation is swept away from our Palestinian land within the borders of June 4, 1967, with Jerusalem as its capital, and until the return of refugees to their homes from which they were displaced since 1948 is guaranteed, in accordance with UN Resolution 194.
It should be noted that comrade Shaimaa Al-Shaer was displaced from Rafah Governorate due to the crimes of genocide towards the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis, believing these to be safe humanitarian areas, as the fascist occupation claims and calls on citizens to flee to.

ينعى اتحاد لجان العمل النسائي إلى الحركة النسائية الفلسطينية الرفيقة الشهيدة شيماء جبر الشاعر (18 عاماً) التي استشهدت في مجزرة المواصي المروعة بمحافظة خانيونس جنوب قطاع غزة، والتي راح ضحيتها أكثر من 100 شهيد وجريح وعدد كبير من المفقودين.
ويدين اتحاد لجان العمل النسائي هذه الجريمة الجبانة، ويؤكد أن تلك الجريمة وسواها من جرائم الإبادة الجماعية لن تثني شعبنا وحركته النسوية عن مواصلة نضاله ومقاومته حتى كنس الاحتلال الفاشي عن أرضنا الفلسطينية على حدود الرابع من حزيران 1967 بعاصمتها القدس وضمان عودة اللاجئين إلى ديارهم التي هجروا منها منذ العام 1948 ووفق القرار الأممي 194.
ويشار إلى أن الرفيقة شيماء الشاعر نزحت من محافظة رفح بفعل جرائم الإبادة الجماعية نحو منطقة المواصي بخانيونس ظناً منها أنها مناطق انسانية آمنة كما يدعي الاحتلال الفاشي ويدعو المواطنين للنزوح إليها.
