استشهاد ابن العم الشاب كرم مصطفى أبو زيد المجايدة أثناء تواجده قرب نقطة توزيع المساعدات الأمريكية في رفح، ليكون ثالث شهيد من أبناء العائلة خلال أقل من اسبوعين ، والخامس خلال أقل من شهرين . وبهذا يرتفع عدد الشهداء من عائلة المجايدة إلى نحو 46 شهيداً منذ بدء العدوان.
