The international coalition offered condolences for the death of martyr Mahmoud Al-Hleel Al-Shammari to his sons Ali and Alaa Al-Shammari.

The coalition expressed regret and apologized for its participation in the airstrike/raid that targeted Al-Hleel’s house in the village of Karhouk.

They explained that their involvement was based on a report from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) claiming that there were ISIS members in the village.

The coalition confirmed that it fell into a trap due to false information from the SDF and promised to take necessary measures against those responsible for this incident.
