With profound sorrow and grief, and with hearts resigned to God's will, we mourn the martyrdom of the parents of my dear brother and friend, Shady Hassan Abuhadrous, as a result of the aggressive bombing of Nuseirat in the Gaza Strip.

To God belongs what He gives and what He takes, and everything with Him has an appointed time. O God, forgive them and accept them among the righteous martyrs in Your Gardens of Bliss. Pardon them and admit them into Your mercy, which encompasses all things, them and all the martyrs and deceased Muslims. Grant patience and solace to their families, loved ones, and children, and mend their broken hearts.
