Al-Quds Al-Youm TV director, journalist Wael Fanouneh, was martyred today, Thursday, after being targeted by Israeli shelling in Gaza City, according to the channel's announcement today.
It is worth noting that the number of journalists who lost their lives as a result of the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip since October 7th has exceeded the total number of journalists killed worldwide in 2021 and 2022, reaching approximately 118 since the start of the war.
