This is Yahya Shehab, the hospital nurse whose quiet kindness and profound humanity touched the life of every child and family he cared for. Yahya was martyred this morning in northern Gaza. His loss is priceless, not only for those who worked alongside him, but for every young patient who found solace in his presence. He was more than just a nurse; he was a source of dignity, healing, and compassion in the most difficult moments. We are tired of writing these condolences. We are tired of losing the best among us. But we must honor Yahya's memory by continuing the work he believed in: saving lives, restoring hope, and standing by the most vulnerable, especially the children of Gaza. May God have mercy on him, may his pure soul rest in peace, and may his legacy live on through every charitable work he does thereafter.
