The head of the Evin Prison Prosecutor's Office was killed following the recent Israeli attack on Evin Prison. Some reports indicate that Ali Qanatkar, the head of the Evin Prosecutor's Office (specially for security) and the deputy security prosecutor of Tehran, was killed following the Israeli attack on Evin Prison and the explosion in the prison's prosecutor's office. He played a key role in issuing heavy sentences and executions for many of the detainees of the nationwide uprising.
