For the second time since the start of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, the occupation army launched an air strike at night on Beirut, targeting a center of the Islamic Health Authority in Zuqaq al-Blat, which led to the martyrdom of seven people: Raja Ramez Zureiq (Civil Defense official in the Beirut region), Mahdi Adnan Halbawi (Assistant Civil Defense official and Director of Operations in the Beirut region), Wissam Mahmoud Salhab (Equipment official in the Civil Defense in the Beirut region), Ahmed Muhammad Hayek (Mechanisms and Maintenance official in the Civil Defense in the Beirut region), Mustafa Ali al-Moussawi (Rescue official in the Civil Defense in the Beirut region), volunteer paramedic Sajid Shawqi Shari and volunteer paramedic Hassan Ali al-Khansa.

للمرّة الثانية منذ بدء العد وان "الإسرائيلي" على لبنان، شنّ جيش الاحتلال غارة جويّة ليلًا على بيروت، مستهدفةً مركزًا للهيئة الصحّيّة الإسلاميّة في زقاق البلاط ما أدّى إلى استـ ـشهاد سبعة أشخاص هم: رجا رامز زريق (مسؤول الدفاع المدني في منطقة بيروت)، مهدي عدنان حلباوي (معاون مسؤول الدفاع المدني ومدير عمليّات منطقة بيروت)، وسام محمود سلهب (مسؤول التجهيز في الدفاع المدني في منطقة بيروت)، أحمد محمّد حايك (مسؤول الآليّات والصيانة في الدفاع المدني في منطقة بيروت)، مصطفى علي الموسوي (مسؤول الإنقاذ في الدفاع المدني في منطقة بيروت)، المسعف المتطوّع ساجد شوقي شري والمسعف المتطوّع حسن علي الخنسا.
