New evidence that the Assad regime protects and aids these terrorist entities in Syria: The head of Hezbollah's money transfer unit was killed in a raid in the Syrian capital, Damascus. The target in Al-Maza was the replacement for Mohammed Al-Qasir and, like his predecessor, had close ties to the Assad regime. He was named Ali Hassan Ghareeb, nicknamed Hajj Abu Hassan Ayman. A second official, whose identity has not yet been determined, was also killed.

The regime's media claimed that the dead and wounded were civilians.
