The martyrdom of my beloved uncle Ashraf Muhammad Abu Daqqa My uncle was a kind, compassionate, peaceful man who maintained his prayers and feared his Lord. He worked hard raising and educating his children. He lived his last days as a refugee with us, and I bear witness to God that he was dutiful to his father until his last breath. He was a light, patient, content, and smiling guest, as if he came to us so that we could cling to him, and that happened. We will not forget you, my dear uncle. Your pure soul will remain in our hearts. Your loss is painful and tearful, my uncle, but we only say what pleases our Lord. To God we belong and to Him we shall return. O God, reward us for our affliction and replace it with something better. O God, forgive him, have mercy on him, and overlook his faults, and make his abode the gardens of bliss.

استشهاد خالي الحبيب أشرف محمد أبو دقة خالي كان رجلا طيبا حنونا مسالما محافظا على الصلاة يخاف ربه وتعب كل التعب في تربية أبنائه وتعليمهم عاش آخر أيامه نازحا معنا وأشهد الله أنه كان بارا بوالده حتى آخر أنفاسه وكان ضيفا خفيفا صابرا محتسبا ضحوكا وكأنه جاءنا لنتعلق به وقد حصل لن ننساك يا خالي الغالي ستبقى روحك الطاهرة في قلوبنا فقدك موجع مبكي يا خال ولكن لا نقول إلا ما يرضي ربنا إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون اللهم أجرنا في مصيبتنا واخلفنا خيرا منها، اللهم اغفر له وارحمه وتجاوز عنه واجعل مأواه جنات النعيم
