In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. (And never think of those who are killed in the way of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.) On the best day before Allah, the Almighty, in which the sun has risen - the Day of Arafah - my cousin, Ihab Suhail Hamad Murtaja, ascends to the heavens as a martyr. We consider him one of the martyrs, and we do not vouch for anyone before Allah. To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. We ask Allah to accept him with the martyrs and the righteous. What an excellent companion they are. Do not forget him in your good prayers on this great day.
