My brother and friend, Mohammed Mahmoud Yaghi and his family have passed away. We consider you martyrs.
With everything we've been through in this war, I never expected to mourn a friend, or pray his funeral. It's so difficult to think of something, it never crossed my mind!
Why, my friend? I haven't seen you for 140 days. Didn't we agree that when I come to the middle office, you'd come and check on me, and you didn't? I swear to God, I forgave you, and when the news of your martyrdom came, I sent you a message an hour before, asking if I could see you. It's so hard to procrastinate. Why didn't I send you a message? Why didn't I talk to you? Thank God.
My circumstances may be more difficult than others. I haven't seen you, but I really wanted to see you. I really missed you. You went to someone better and more just than us. May God have mercy on you. May God have mercy on you. As much as you loved people and made them laugh.
You and your family are at peace, I swear. I wish we had won and been at peace like you. We are tired of losing you.

ليش يا صاحبي! الي ١٤٠ يوم ما شفتك، مش كنا متفقين بس آجي الوسطى هتيجي تتطمن عليّ وما جيت؟ وأنا سامحتك والله ويوم ما أجى خبر شهادتك كنت قبلها بساعة هبعتلك خليني أشوفك، ما أصعب التسويف، ليه ما بعتتلك! ليه ما حكيت معك؟ الحمدلله
يمكن ظرفي أصعب من غيري، ما شُفتك بس كان جد نفسي أشوفك، جد مشتاقلك. رحت للي أحسن وأعدل منا الله يرحمك. الله يرحمك قد ما كنت تحب الناس وتضحكلهم
انت وأهلك ارتحتوا والله، يا ريتنا فُزنا وارتحنا زيكم. تعبنا على فراقكم.
