“Among the believers are men true to what they pledged to Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they have not changed [their commitment] in the least.”
With further submission to God’s will and destiny, we announce the passing of our brother, the mujahid educator, Professor Ali Muhammad Ali al-Hajj, and his mother, the patient, struggling lady Halwa Hamza Hamza, in an Israeli airstrike that targeted their home in the town of al-Rafid in the Western Bekaa Valley, Lebanon.
The deceased was the aunt of the brothers Rabi’ and Hussein Juma’.
Condolences will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from after the noon prayer until the sunset prayer at al-Rashid Mosque. We ask Allah to accept them among the martyrs and to inspire their families with patience and solace.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our brother Ali Alhajj and his mother Hilwi Hamze “the aunt of brothers Rabeh and Hussein Jomaa” in Lebanon.
Azzaa will be held Sunday, October 6, at Alrashid Mosque from 2 pm to 7 pm.
We ask Allah to bless their souls and accept them among the Al Shuhadaa. Ameen.
