Palestinian Ministry of Health - Gaza In the late hours of last night, the occupation forces re-targeted Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, wounding 6 medical personnel, including critical cases who were admitted to intensive care. *The targeting also led to the destruction of the hospital's main generator and punctured the water tanks, leaving the hospital without oxygen or water, which threatens the lives of patients and staff working inside the hospital. There are 80 patients in the hospital and 8 cases in intensive care. The Ministry of Health condemns this repeated and ongoing criminal act against Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip. We reiterate our appeal to international and humanitarian institutions to provide protection for hospitals and health personnel in the Gaza Strip, in accordance with what is guaranteed and stipulated by international laws. وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية-غزةفي ساعات متأخرة من ليلة أمس قوات الاحتلال تعيد استهداف م.كمال عدوان شمال قطاع غزة، وتصيب 6 من الكوادر الطبية العاملة بينها حالات خطيرة أدخلت الى العناية المركزة.*كما وأدى الاستهداف ايضا الى تدمير المولد الكهربائي الرئيسي بالمستشفى، وثقب خزانات المياه لتصبح المستشفى من غير أكسجين ولا مياه، الامر الذي ينذر بالخطر الشديد على حياة المرضى والطواقم العاملة داخل المستشفى.حيث يتواجد بالمستشفى 80 مريض و 8 حالات في العناية المركزة.تدين وزارة الصحة هذا العمل الاجرامي المتكرر والمستمر على مستشفى كمال عدوان شمال قطاع غزة.نكرر مناشدتنا للمؤسسات الدولية والانسانية بضرورة توفير الحماية للمستشفيات والكوادر الصحية في قطاع غزة بحسب ما كفلته ونصت عليه القوانين الدولية.وزارة الصحة22نوفمبر 2024
