We had been in contact since the beginning of the war, waiting for the calamity to pass and for you to return to us safely. But the hand of treachery preceded you and snatched you from us prematurely. Death, as they say, does not hurt the dead, but leaves unhealed bleeding in the hearts of the living. You were present with me during the most difficult moments and supported me tirelessly. Perhaps you are now in a more welcoming and beautiful place, but your memory will remain engraved in my heart as long as I live, and your fragrant biography will remain a witness to the purity of your soul and the clarity of your heart. I console myself by knowing that you are a martyr in the sight of God, God willing. This is my only consolation. May God have mercy on you and grant you Paradise and unite us with you in His abode of mercy. I am sad, sad, sad about your departure.

كنت حاضرًا معي في اللحظات الصعبة وكنت تدعمني بلا كلل ولعلّك الآن في مكان أرحب وأجمل لكن ذكراك ستبقى محفورة في قلبي ما حييت وستظل سيرتك العطرة شاهدا على نقاء روحك وصفاء قلبك
أواسي نفسي بأنك شهيد عند الله إن شاء الله وهذا عزائي الوحيد رحمك الله رحمة واسعة وجعل مثواك الجنة وجمعنا بك في مستقر رحمته
