With deep sadness and pain, we bid farewell today to the martyred engineer Sami Abu Hamida, who ascended to heaven this morning as a result of a bombing that targeted a vehicle belonging to the Bureij Municipality while he was performing his duty in the service of his family and his country.
God is witness that he was an example of morality, honesty, and sincerity. We knew him for his pure heart and pure character. He never held back his efforts, and was always in the front lines of serving the people.
May God have mercy on you, Abu Muhammad, and accept you into the highest ranks with the prophets, companions, martyrs, and righteous people. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.
Our hearts are with his family and loved ones. We ask God to inspire them with patience and solace, to strengthen their reward, and to mend their broken hearts.

بكل حزنٍ وألم، نودّع اليوم المهندس الشهيد سامي أبو حامدة،الذي ارتقى إلى العلا صباح هذا اليوم إثر قصف استهدف سيارة تابعة لبلدية البريج أثناء تأديته لواجبه في خدمة أهله ووطنه.
يشهد الله أنه كان مثالاً في الأخلاق، والأمانة، والإخلاص، عرفناه بصفاء القلب ونقاء السيرة، لم يبخل بجهده يوماً، وكان دائماً في الصفوف الأولى لخدمة الناس.
رحمك الله ياعم ابو محمد رحمةً واسعة، وتقبلك في عليين مع النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين، وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل .
قلوبنا مع أهله ومحبيه، نسأل الله أن يُلهمهم الصبر والسلوان، وأن يُثبّت أجرهم ويجبر كسرهم.
