This is my friend, the martyr media personality Nour Qandil, and her husband, the martyr Khaled Abu Saif. Nour married Khaled in 2020. During the war, she gave birth to a daughter, whom she named September. Peace be upon her. Nour is simple. She lived this life persevering and loving her work. Nour was waiting for the news of the truce and was in contact with me and waiting for the news of the truce announcement, but God’s will is greater. Nour, her husband, and their daughter September were martyred. The news was like a thunderbolt. All the expressions of loss do not console the bereaved. The pain of the heart is greater than all the expressions. May God have mercy on your soul, Nour. When I first saw the news, it was only her husband and daughter, and for an hour I was repeating, “May God give her heart patience for this great affliction.” A few minutes later, the news of her martyrdom was widespread. I saw nothing but good from her. She was easy-going, helpful, and a persevering person. During her studies in media, she worked at Jaffa Hospital in Deir al-Balah and was very helpful. I ask God, just as He brought us together in this transient world, to bring us together in the gardens of bliss. The news of your martyrdom was not easy, my love. By God, my heart cried before my eyes. I still haven't fully grasped the news, but the greatest consolation is that this is a world that will pass, and we will meet again in the Gardens of Bliss.

Nour gave birth to her daughter during the war, within a few months. When I asked her about her name, she answered literally: "September. Peace be upon you, Noor. Peace be upon you in the Gardens of Bliss. May you be well and may your memory be blessed."

Nour loved life and was overjoyed after her heart achieved its desire, reuniting with her martyred husband and giving birth to September, peace.

They departed together, as if they had hoped to be together in the afterlife, just as they had been together in this fleeting world.

هذه صديقتي الإعلامية الشهيدة نور قنديل وزوجها الشهيد خالد ابو سيف تزوجت نور بخالد عام 2020 وخلال الحرب انجبت طفلتها أطلقت عليها ايلول السلام نور بسيطة عاشت على هذه الدنيا مثابرة تُحب عملها نور كانت تنتظر خبر الهدنة وكانت على تواصل معي وتنتظر خبر إعلان الهدنة ولكن قدر الله غالب حيث اس.تشهدت نور وزوجها وطفلتهما أيلول خبر كالصاعقه ،كل عبارات الفقد لا تُعزي فاقد بِما فقد وجع القلب اكبر من جميع العبارات ربنا يرحم روحك يا نور اول ما شوفت الخبر كان زوجها وبنتها فقط وساعة كنت اردد الله يصبر قلبها على هالمصاب الجلل دقائق معدودة وكان خبر استشهادها شائع لم أرَ مِنها الا كل خير خفيفة على القلوب خدومة إنسانة مثابرة خلال دراستها الإعلام عِملت في مستشفى يافا في دير البلح وكانت خدومة بشكل كبير أسأل الله كما جمعنا في هذه الدنيا الزائلة أن يجمعنا بجنات النعيم لم يكن خبر استشهادك هين يا حبيبتي ف واللهِ بكى قلبي قبل عيني وما زلت لم استوعب الخبر ولكن العزاء الأكبر انها دُنيا وستنقضي وسنجتمع في جنات النعيم

انجبت نور طفلتها خلال الحرب وخلال اشهر معدودة معدودة ، عندما سألتها عن الاسم قالت لي بالحرف
الواحد أيلول السلام يا نور
سلامٌ عليكم في جِنان النعيم ، طبتم وطابت ذكراكم
نور كانت بتحب الحياة وكانت مبسوطة بعد ما نال قلبها مُراده واجتمعت لزوجها الشهيد وانجبت أيلول السلام
رحلا سوياً كما لو أنهما تمنوا ان يجتمعوا في الآخرة كما إجتمعوا على هذه الدنيا الزائلة
