Oh, Sheikh Ismail, you gave your country what we were unable to give, and you gave your religion what we, due to our weakness and shortcomings, could not attain.
Sleep soundly in your eternal rest,
For this country has received enough from you.
For God's mercy and pleasure, the hero of the field.

لم يُذكر اسم إسماعيل يوماً، إلا ورافقه حديثهم عن شاب لا يشبه هذا الزمان
نِعم الشيخ، ونِعم الصديق، ونِعم المجاهد البطل في رواية من يعرفك
