Local sources reported Saturday morning that two people were killed and dozens injured by Israeli occupation forces' fire as they attempted to reach the American aid center near Al-Alam Roundabout, west of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip. This brings the death toll to more than 50 in the past 24 hours.
