In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
"And give good tidings to the patient. ۩ Those who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to God, and indeed to Him we will return." ۩ Those will have blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided."
God's truth.
With hearts that believe in God's will and destiny, we learned of the martyrdom of my uncles, their wives, and their children. The treacherous enemy gathered a number of family members in the home of my dear uncle, Adel Muhammad Al-Astal (Abu Muhammad), and bombed the house. This massacre was committed by the Zionist occupation against my Al-Astal family (Al-Tarash branch) a few days ago, which was discovered yesterday, January 9, 2024, according to available data. The number of martyrs reached approximately 60 (8 families, including their children and grandchildren, were removed from the civil registry). They are:
God is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
And their names are:
1.. Martyrdom of Hajj Nayef Mustafa Al-Astal and his wife Asma Al-Astal
2.. Martyrdom of Mr. Adel Al-Astal and his wife Firdaws Al-Astal and his sons Muhammad, Rafiq, Anis, and Bilal and their wives and grandchildren
3.. Martyrdom of Marwan Muhammad Al-Astal and his wife Zeinat Mustafa Al-Astal and his sons Muhammad Marwan Al-Astal, Mustafa Marwan Al-Astal and his daughters Malak, Douha, and Fadwa.
4.. The martyrdom of Maher Muhammad Al-Astal, his wife Ataf Ali Al-Saqa, his sons Haitham, Muhammad, and Abdul-Azim, and his daughters Saja, Sama, and Suha.
5.. The martyrdom of Anis Muhammad Al-Astal, his wife and sons Faris, Jamal, Khalil, and Sand, and his daughters Ghadir, Gharam, and Ghaliya, and her child.
6.. The martyrdom of Muhammad Rashad Al-Astal, his wife Nadia Walid Al-Astal, his daughters Walaa, Nada, and Lynn, and his sons Walid and Rashad.
7.. The martyrdom of Medhat Rashad Al-Astal, his wife Fadwa Marwan Al-Astal, his sons Rashad, Marwan, and Muhammad, and her daughter Dana.
8.. The martyrdom of Ruwaida Muhammad Al-Astal (Al-Abadla), her husband Ashraf Al-Abadla, her daughter Hiba Al-Abadla, and her daughter Judy Awad.
All of them, along with their sons, daughters, and grandchildren, are martyrs.
To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
...We ask Allah Almighty to have mercy on them and accept them as martyrs in the highest heavens.... May Allah have mercy on them and accept them as martyrs in the highest heavens.
We ask God Almighty to accept them all as martyrs in the highest heavens.
O God, grant them a blessed home, for You are the best of those who provide a home. O God, grant them the homes of the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, and what excellent companions they are! O God, make their graves a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and do not make them pits from the pits of Hellfire. O God, expand their graves as far as the sight can reach, and furnish their graves with the bedding of Paradise.
We say only what pleases our Lord: We belong to God and to Him we shall return. O God, reward us for our misfortunes and replace them with something better. We ask God to accept them and all our people in the highest heavens.
And God is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
