My uncle, Awni Abu Awn, and a number of his sons have passed away as martyrs. There is no power nor strength save in God, the Most High, the Almighty. O God, reward us for our affliction and replace it with something better. May God have mercy on them, forgive them, and grant them a place in His spacious gardens. May He comfort our hearts, O Lord of the worlds.
