The barracks massacre marked a major turning point in the Israeli military operation in Rafah.
For the first time since the start of the attack on Rafah, displaced people's tents were bombarded with tons of explosives.
The bombing took place in northwest Rafah, not in the eastern areas, where residents had fled as safe zones.
All the occupation leaders today called for a strike on Rafah and its rapid occupation after rockets were fired from it.
