Seyyed Hassan Mousavi Chelak, who traveled to Qasr-e-Shirin on Tuesday evening to meet with the family of martyr Faramarz Hazrati and veteran Kiyomars Sadeghi, who were martyred and martyred in the Israeli regime's attack on the Qasr-e-Shirin Welfare Center in the early hours of June 13, added in an interview with an IRNA reporter: This act is a clear attack on humanity.
Referring to the global condemnation of this wave of attacks, he said that the stages of documentation and international legal follow-up are continuing with seriousness. The Deputy Head of the National Welfare Organization continued: In the missile attacks on Qasr-e-Shirin in the early hours of June 13, the building of the city's welfare department was completely destroyed. In this attack, at least one person (Faramarz Hazrati, a welfare worker) was martyred and one of the center's workers became a veteran. Mousavi Chalak emphasized: According to Article 18 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, attacks on medical, care and social service centers for children, the elderly and the disabled are absolutely prohibited. This attack is a clear violation of the same treaties and has no justification.
He also said: We immediately prepared an official report and sent it to Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations. The Social Workers Association also informed the World Federation on the first day, and the global condemnation of this war crime was officially announced.
He added: With the repeated attacks on welfare and service centers in other places and the prison organization, the World Federation of Social Workers, with a membership of 150 countries, issued a strong statement and called these attacks a direct attack on humanity.
He said: We will not allow the blood of these loved ones to be wasted. The Iranian social work community stands with the survivors and the legal pursuit will continue until the last stage.
The Deputy Head of the National Welfare Organization said: In coordination with Kermanshah provincial officials and the Housing Foundation, welfare services have been temporarily established in another location, and debris removal and preparations for rebuilding the center are underway. Mousavi Chelak said: The Qasr-e-Shirin welfare building was solely a place to provide services to the disabled, the elderly, and children; no military or political activities were carried out here. This attack was a clear example of a war crime and a gross violation of international conventions.

Continuing the trip to Qasr-e-Shirin, Seyyed Hassan Mousavi Chalak visited the home of Kiomars Sadeghi, a veteran of the missile attack on the Welfare Center, and learned about his treatment process. While consoling him, he emphasized the full follow-up of his treatment status until his final recovery. In this attack, Faramarz Hazrati, a colleague of Sadeghi, was martyred. During this meeting, Mousavi Chalak said to Sadeghi: Today we are with you to say that the large family of Welfare will not hesitate for a moment to follow up on your treatment. Any action needed to accelerate the treatment process will be taken.
He also issued the necessary orders for immediate medical attention and follow-up on the specialized stages of this veteran's treatment.

Referring to the severity of his injuries, Sadeghi said: "I have had nine surgeries so far. I suffered severe burns, some shrapnel is still in my body. My eardrum is torn, my eye is damaged and cannot be operated on."
He said in a bitter voice: "Hazrati was innocent. He had only come to help. The Zionist regime did not even show mercy to unarmed and volunteer people."
Martyr Hazrati was an employee of the Qasr Shirin Welfare Medical Center who sacrificed his life to help his injured colleague, Kiyomars Sadeghi, and to protect the property of the patients during the cowardly attack by the Israeli regime on the Welfare Medical Center, and attained the high status of martyrdom.
Kiyomars Sadeghi, an employee of the Qasr-e-Shirin Welfare Center, was also injured in the missile attacks by the Zionist regime on the center in order to protect the building and documents of the beneficiaries and was awarded the status of a martyr.

According to IRNA, following the Zionist regime’s aggression against our country since the morning of Friday, June 13, 1404, 66 people in Kermanshah province were martyred and 532 were injured.
After Tehran province, the most martyrs in Kermanshah province have been presented to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

قصرشیرین - ایرنا - قائم‌ مقام سازمان بهزیستی کشور در دیدار با خانواده شهید حضرتی و جانباز حملات رژیم اسرائیل به مرکز بهزیستی قصرشیرین، این حمله را نقض صریح معاهدات بشردوستانه دانست و از ارسال مستندات به سازمان ملل و واکنش شدید جامعه جهانی خبر داد.
سید حسن موسوی چلک عصر سه شنبه در سفر به قصرشیرین در دیدار با خانواده شهید فرامرز حضرتی و جانباز کیومرث صادقی که در حمله سحرگاه ۲۳ خردادماه رژیم اسرائیل به مرکز درمانی بهزیستی قصرشیرین به درجه شهادت و جانبازی نایل آمدند، در گفت وگو با خبرنگار ایرنا افزود: این اقدام حمله آشکار به انسانیت است.
او با اشاره به محکومیت جهانی این موج حملات، گفت که مراحل مستندسازی و پیگیری حقوقی بین‌المللی با جدیت ادامه دارد. قائم مقام سازمان بهزیستی کشور ادامه داد: درحملات موشکی بامداد ۲۳ خرداد به قصرشیرین، ساختمان اداره بهزیستی شهرستان به طور کامل تخریب شد. در این حمله دست‌کم یک نفر (فرامرز حضرتی مددکار بهزیستی) شهید و یک نفر از مددکاران این مرکز جانباز شدند. موسوی‌چلک تاکید کرد : بر اساس ماده ۱۸ کنوانسیون چهارم ژنو، حمله به مراکز خدمات درمانی، مراقبتی و اجتماعی برای کودک، سالمند و معلول مطلقا ممنوع است. این حمله، کاملاً نقض صریح همان معاهدات است و هیچ توجیهی ندارد.
وی همچنین گفت: ما بلافاصله گزارش رسمی را تهیه و به نماینده دائم ایران در سازمان ملل ارسال کردیم. انجمن مددکاران اجتماعی هم همان روز اول به فدراسیون جهانی اطلاع داد و محکومیت جهانی این جنایت جنگی رسماً اعلام شد.
وی اضافه کرد: با تکرار حمله‌ها به مراکز بهزیستی خدماتی و مددکاری در سایر نقاط و سازمان زندان ها، فدراسیون جهانی مددکاری اجتماعی با عضویت ۱۵۰ کشور بیانیه شدیدالحنی صادر کرد و این حملات را حمله مستقیم به انسانیت نامید.
او گفت: ما اجازه نمی‌دهیم خون این عزیزان هدر رود جامعه مددکاری ایران تمام قد کنار بازماندگان ایستاده است و پیگیری حقوقی تا آخرین مرحله ادامه خواهد داشت.
قائم مقام سازمان بهزیستی کشور گفت: با هماهنگی مسوولان استان کرمانشاه و بنیاد مسکن، خدمات بهزیستی به طور موقت در محل دیگری برقرار شده و آواربرداری و مقدمات ساخت مجدد مرکز در جریان است. موسوی چلک گفت: ساختمان بهزیستی قصرشیرین صرفاً محل ارائه خدمات به معلولان، سالمندان و کودکان بود؛ هیچ فعالیت نظامی یا سیاسی‌ اینجا انجام نمی‌شد. این حمله، مصداق روشن جنایت جنگی و نقض فاحش کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی بود.



سید حسن موسوی چلک قائم مقام سازمان بهزیستی کشور امروز در سفر به قصرشیرین به نمایندگی از سید جواد حسینی رییس این سازمان و معاون وزیر رفاه با حضور در منزل شهید حضرتی ضمن همدردی با این خانواده لوح سپاس از به ایشان اهدا کرد.
همچنین موسوی چلک در ادامه با حضور در منزل کیومرث صادقی مجروح حملات رژیم متخاصم صهیونیستی به مرکز بهزیستی قصرشیرین از ایشان عیادت و دلجویی و لوح سپاسی را از سوی رییس سازمان بهزیستی کشور به ایشان اهدا نمود.
موسوی‌چلک در دیدار با جانباز حمله موشکی: بهزیستی تا درمان کامل کنار صادقی است
در ادامه سفر به قصرشیرین، سید حسن موسوی‌چلک با حضور در منزل کیومرث صادقی، جانباز حمله موشکی به مرکز بهزیستی، از روند درمانی او مطلع شد و ضمن دلجویی، بر پیگیری کامل وضعیت درمان تا بهبودی نهایی تأکید کرد. در این حمله، فرامرز حضرتی، همکار صادقی، به شهادت رسیده بود. در جریان این دیدار، موسوی‌چلک خطاب به صادقی گفت: امروز کنار شما هستیم تا بگوییم خانواده بزرگ بهزیستی لحظه‌ای از پیگیری درمان شما کوتاه نمی‌آید. هر اقدامی برای تسریع روند درمان نیاز باشد، انجام خواهد شد.
وی همچنین دستورات لازم را برای رسیدگی فوری درمانی و پیگیری مراحل تخصصی درمان این جانباز صادر کرد.

روایت تلخ جانباز بهزیستی از انفجارهای قصرشیرین؛
روایت صادقی از حملات رژیم صهیونیستی به مرکز درمانی بهزیستی قصرشیرین؛ در انفجار اول موشک، من مجروح شدم. سریع با شهید حضرتی تماس گرفتم. ایشان بلافاصله خودش را به ساختمان رساند تا کمک کند.
او ادامه داد: با هم برای بررسی خسارت به طبقه دوم رفتیم. چند ثانیه بعد، انفجار دوم رخ داد شهید حضرتی همان‌جا به شهادت رسید و من دیگر هیچ چیز به خاطر ندارم.
صادقی با اشاره به شدت جراحاتش گفت:تا کنون ۹ عمل جراحی انجام داده‌ام. دچار سوختگی شدید شدم، چند ترکش هنوز در بدنم هست. پرده گوشم پاره شده، چشمم آسیب دیده و قابل عمل نیست.»
او با صدایی بغض‌آلود گفت: حضرتی بی‌گناه بود. فقط برای کمک آمده بود. رژیم صهیونیستی حتی به انسان‌های بی‌سلاح و داوطلب هم رحم نکرد.»
شهید حضرتی کارمند مرکز درمانی بهزیستی قصرشیرین بود که در جریان حمله ناجوانمردانه رژیم اسرائیل به مرکز درمانی بهزیستی، برای کمک به همکار مجروح خود کیومرث صادقی و حراست از اموال مددجویان، جان خود را فدا کرد و به مقام رفیع شهادت نائل آمد.
کیومرث صادقی کارمند مرکز بهزیستی قصرشیرین نیز در حملات موشکی رژیم متجاوز صهیونیستی به این مرکز بمنظور حراست از ساختمان و اسناد مددجویان مجروح و به مقام جانبازی نائل آمد.

به گزارش ایرنا، در پی تجاوز رژیم صهیونیستی از بامداد جمعه ۲۳ خرداد ۱۴۰۴ به کشورمان ۶۶ نفر در استان کرمانشاه به درجه رفیع شهادت نائل شدند و ۵۳۲ نفر نیز مجروح گردیدند.
پس از استان تهران بیشترین شهید در استان کرمانشاه تقدیم ایران اسلامی شده است.
