Razavi News Agency - Azita Zakaa; At the beginning of the imposed war of eight years of holy defense, Ayatollah Noor Mohammad Nazari took his wife's hand and went to Mashhad-al-Reza (AS) to live together and study seminary courses near the Imam.
The result of his life together with Fatima Shekari was four children named Zahra, Zainab, Mohammad Mahdi and Hussein. Zahra followed in her mother's footsteps and started teaching women the Quran and memorizing the Word of Revelation, and Mohammad Mahdi, like his father, became a clergyman.
Ayatollah Noor Mohammad Nazari and Fatima Shekari adopted a good approach to raising their children that led to their good fate and led to their martyrdom in the brutal attacks of the hated Zionist regime.
Today was the day of the funeral and burial of Zahra and Mohammad Mehdi Nazari, along with several other martyrs of the Zionist attacks, and the holy bodies of these siblings rested in the Martyrs' Plot of Khajeh Rabi.
Razavi News Agency had the opportunity to interview the mother of the martyrs of Nazari and briefly portray the 40-year life of Zahra Khanum Shahideh, which you can read in detail below.
Surely the martyrdom of two children is difficult for a mother!?
Yes, it is. I have four children, and all members of our six-member family depend on me and love each other very much, and the reason for my statement was the presence of the whole family in Tehran for the treatment of my husband's heart.
How wonderful...
You may not believe that my two daughters and two sons had a very good sibling relationship, and this is what caused them to be martyred together.
So it must be said that Ms Zahra and Mr Mohammad Mehdi re-imagined the love of a sibling in history...
Zahra was born in 1363 and Mohammad Mehdi was born in 1370. They were my eldest daughter and son who were martyred in that Zionist attack. Although the age difference between these siblings was 7 years, they respected each other. Whenever we wanted to go somewhere, Mohammad Mehdi would not get in the car until his sisters got in, and he would not get in either, he would wait for them to get in first.
Did you go to Tehran to visit relatives?
No. The duration of my wife's treatment was not known, so we had not bought a return ticket, and to make our family comfortable, we rented an apartment on the second floor of a four-story building in Chitgar, Tehran. My hands had been hurting for a while. On Monday morning, 26 Khordad, along with Mohammad Mehdi, Hossein, and Zeinab, we went to the doctor for my hands. That same day, my son Mohammad Mehdi also managed to get a return ticket for the following week, 2 Tir month. We returned home at 3:30 PM. I told the children: Pack your things, we are going to our relatives’ house for this week. Not a minute after I said this, the explosion started. I took off my veil and went out of the house with my brother, my wife, and my son Hossein. From there, I hurriedly told the other children: Come on! They said: “You go, we will come too.”
At that moment, when there was a possibility of the building collapsing, what made them say: You go, we will come too?
Zahra cared a lot about her hijab, and at that moment, hijab was important to her. From the kitchen to the room, she goes after her tent, but Mohammad Mehdi and Zeinab are also waiting for her, so they don't have time, like me and their father, brother, and uncle, to leave the building on time.
And what happened next?
When we came out of the building, the last explosion occurred and all the residents of that building were thrown in different directions by the blast wave. The blood flowing from my head to my face, I felt like I was going to die and at that moment I said to God: I entrusted my children to you, but with the voice of my son and wife calling me, I realized that I was alive.
I was injured in several areas and my son Hussein was slightly injured and was hospitalized for a day. Zeinab also lost her memory a few days after that incident, and thank God she is better now.
Because of the deep emotional connection between me and my children, I was inspired that my eldest daughter and son were martyred, but everyone told me: they are healthy and hospitalized, and even when I got on the train and returned to Mashhad, no one told me anything; but my heart testified to their martyrdom.
Do you remember what Zahra Khanum was doing at that moment that it took time to remove her veil?
That day when we went to the doctor, Zahra had cooked bean pilaf for lunch and it was 3:30 in the afternoon when we were all gathered together, my husband and brother were having lunch, the rest of us did not feel like eating and Zahra was in the kitchen washing dishes.
According to Martyr Soleimani, to become a martyr, one must live a martyr's life. How did this statement of the Commander of Hearts manifest itself in Zahra Khanum?
Two behavioral characteristics were very prominent in Zahra, one of which was that her actions were only for God and hidden from the eyes of others; She was a Quran reciter and a Quran recitation and fluency teacher at the Razavi Holy Shrine, prison, and non-profit schools, but no one outside her family knew about it, and after her martyrdom, her relatives found out.
Her second characteristic was her humility, selflessness, and great kindness. There were two families in my husband's family, one of which was the mother of the family and the other the father of the deceased family. From these families, she had two young children. My daughter's only concern and sorrow was to make these orphans happy. She had promised the children that she would visit them every month and bring them gifts. Last month, before going to Tehran, she had bought gifts for the children, but she did not have the opportunity to bring the children gifts. Now, after recovering, I myself must fulfill the duty of my martyred daughter towards those orphans.
Many people do not want death other than martyrdom. Zahra Khanum had come with such a beautiful character. Should she say anything about martyrdom?
When I saw a strong and authoritative mother on TV talking about her martyr or martyrs, I couldn't imagine myself in her place and I would say: How easily she speaks. Mohammad Mehdi would say: "You should also prepare yourself. If there is a war one day, I will go and take Hussein with me." Zahra would say: "I will come too." Mohammad Mehdi would say: "You can come as long as your presence is needed." When Israel was constantly bombing Tehran and we watched on TV and cried, Mohammad Mehdi and Zahra only felt regret for their martyrdom, and in the end, they achieved their wish. I also became the mother of two martyrs, and now that I can talk about my martyred children, I have asked Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) for patience.
Finally, let me tell you how Zahra Khanum entered the Quran memorization and teaching program at the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS). Zahra had a problem, and at that time, she was invited by the Holy Shrine to attend Quran classes. She was hesitant to go, because I myself taught Quran to women, so I recommended the sweet experience of spending time with the Quran and finding peace from the word of God to my daughter, and in this way, she began teaching and memorizing the Quran at the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in 2012.
