The Syrian Interior Ministry announced on Thursday the arrest of a "terrorist cell affiliated with Hezbollah that was planning to carry out operations inside Syrian territory."

Brigadier General Ahmed al-Dalati, head of internal security in the Damascus countryside, stated: "Specialized units, in cooperation with the General Intelligence Directorate, and after meticulous surveillance and intensive field operations, were able to arrest a terrorist cell affiliated with the Hezbollah militia, which was active in the towns of Sa'sa' and Kanaker in the western Damascus countryside."

أعلنت وزارة الداخلية السورية، الخميس، القبض على "خلية إرهابية تابعة لحزب الله كانت تخطط لتنفيذ عمليات داخل الأراضي السورية".


وصرّح العميد أحمد الدالاتي، قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة ريف دمشق: "تمكنت الوحدات المختصة، بالتعاون مع جهاز الاستخبارات العامة، بعد متابعة دقيقة وعمل ميداني مكثف، من القبض على خلية إرهابية تابعة لميليشيا "حزب الله"، كانت تنشط في بلدتي سعسع وكناكر بريف دمشق الغربي".
