Hasakah Governorate: The Internal Security Forces' (Asayish) anti-narcotics units conducted a raid in the village of Karahouk, in the countryside of al-Ya'rubiyah town, east of Hasakah. The operation targeted drug dealers and traffickers, amidst a heavy security presence and a complete closure of the village's entrances and exits.

The raid resulted in the death of one drug dealer during an armed clash that erupted between him and the raiding forces after he refused to surrender. Four other individuals suspected of involvement in the trade and distribution of narcotics were arrested and taken to an undisclosed location.

محافظة الحسكة: نفذت وحدات مكافحة المخدرات التابعة لقوى الأمن الداخلي (الأسايش) حملة مداهمة في قرية كرهوك بريف بلدة اليعربية شرق الحسكة، استهدفت تجار ومروّجي المخدرات، وسط انتشار أمني مكثف وإغلاق كامل لمداخل ومخارج القرية.
وأسفرت الحملة عن مقتل أحد تجار المخدرات خلال اشتباك مسلح اندلع بينه وبين القوات المداهمة بعد رفضه تسليم نفسه، فيما اعتقلت القوات أربعة أشخاص آخرين يشتبه بتورطهم في تجارة وترويج المواد المخدرة، وتم اقتيادهم إلى جهة مجهولة.
