A 9-year-old child was killed when a landmine left behind by the war exploded in the town of Kabajib in the southern countryside of Deir Ezzor, within the areas controlled by the Damascus government, while he was playing with it in front of his family's home. A young man was also injured by the explosion of a landmine left behind by the war in the village of Rajm Ghazala, in the Uqayribat district in the eastern countryside of Hama, and was transferred to the hospital for treatment. Remnants of war continue to claim the lives of civilians across Syria, which requires urgent intervention to mitigate their risks. The number of civilians killed since the beginning of 2025 as a result of the explosion of objects left behind by the Syrian war has reached 416 people, including 102 children and 26 women, in addition to 455 others injured, including 193 children and 11 women, distributed as follows: - Damascus government-controlled areas: 324 people were killed, including 18 women and 79 children, including 8 who were killed while collecting truffles, including a woman and a child. 320 people were injured, including 120 children and 5 women, and 6 people were injured, including 3 children while collecting truffles. - Areas controlled by the "Autonomous Administration": 29 people were killed, including 14 children and 2 women, and 55 others were injured, including 43 children. - Areas controlled by the "National Army": 63 people were killed, including 9 children and 6 women, and 79 were injured, including 29 children and 6 women.

استشهد طفل يبلغ من العمر 9 أعوام، جراء انفجار لغم أرضي من مخلفات الحرب في بلدة كباجب بريف دير الزور الجنوبي، ضمن مناطق حكومة دمشق، وذلك أثناء عبثه به أمام منزل عائلته. كما أصيب شاب بجراح متفاوتة، جراء انفجار لغم أرضي من مخلفات الحرب، في قرية رجم غزالة التابعة لناحية عقيربات بريف حماة الشرقي، وتم نقله إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج. ولا تزال مخلفات الحرب تواصل حصد أرواح المدنيين في عموم مناطق سورية، ما يستدعي تدخلا عاجلا للحد من مخاطرها. وبلغ عدد المدنيين الذين استشهدوا منذ بداية عام 2025 نتيجة انفجار أجسام من مخلفات الحرب السورية 416 شخصاً، بينهم 102 طفلاً و 26 سيدات، بالإضافة إلى إصابة 455 آخرين بجراح، بينهم 193 طفلاً و11 سيدة، تُوزعوا على النحو التالي: -مناطق سيطرة حكومة دمشق: استشهد 324 شخص، بينهم 18 سيدة و 79 طفلًا، من بينهم 8 استشهدوا أثناء جمع الكمأة بينهم سيدة وطفل، وأصيب 320 بينهم 120 طفلًا و5 سيدات، و6 بينهم 3 أطفال أثناء جمع الكمأة. -مناطق سيطرة “الإدارة الذاتية”: استشهد 29 أشخاص، بينهم 14 أطفال وسيدتان، وأصيب 55 آخرون بجروح، بينهم 43 طفلًا. -مناطق سيطرة “الجيش الوطني”: استشهد 63 شخصاً، بينهم 9 أطفال و 6 سيدات، وأصيب 79 بجروح، بينهم 29 طفلاً و6 سيدات.
