Deir ez-Zor Governorate: ISIS cells attacked a military post belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the town of Al-Shuhail in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor with RPGs. According to information, the attack was followed by armed clashes between the two sides, amid a security alert in the town. No reports of casualties were reported. ISIS cells have intensified their attacks against SDF military sites in various areas in northern and eastern Syria. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has documented 105 operations carried out by ISIS cells within the areas of influence of the Autonomous Administration since the beginning of 2025, which included armed attacks, targeting, and bombings. According to SOHR documentation, the death toll from the aforementioned operations has reached 40, including: 27 from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and their affiliated military formations, 8 from ISIS, and 5 civilians. The operations were distributed as follows: – 88 operations in Deir ez-Zor resulted in the deaths of 19 soldiers, 3 ISIS members, and 5 civilians, in addition to wounding 20 others. – 10 operations in Hasakah resulted in the deaths of 7, including 4 ISIS members, 2 Internal Security Forces members, and 1 SDF member, while 2 others were wounded. – 7 operations in Raqqa resulted in the deaths of 5 soldiers, including 1 SDF member, 1 Asayish member, and 1 ISIS member, while 8 others were wounded.

محافظة دير الزور: هاجمت خلايا تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية”، بقذائف آر بي جي، نقطة عسكرية تابعة لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية، في بلدة الشحيل بريف دير الزور الشرقي. ووفقاً للمعلومات، الهجوم أعقبه اندلاع اشتباكات مسلحة بين الطرفين، وسط استنفار أمني في البلدة، فيما لم ترد معلومات عن سقوط خسائر بشرية. وكثفت خلايا تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” من هجماتها ضد مواقع عسكرية لقسد في مناطق متفرقة في شمال وشرق سوريا. وأحصى المرصد السوري 105 عملية قامت بها خلايا تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” ضمن مناطق نفوذ “الإدارة الذاتية” منذ مطلع العام 2025، تمت عبر هجمات مسلحة واستهدافات وتفجيرات، ووفقاً لتوثيقات المرصد السوري، فقد بلغت حصيلة القتلى جراء العمليات آنفة الذكر 40 قتيلاً، هم: 27 من قوات سوريا الديمقراطية والتشكيلات العسكرية العاملة معها، و 8 من تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” و 5 مدنيين، وتوزعت العمليات على النحو الآتي: – 88 عملية في دير الزور أسفرت عن مقتل 19 من العسكريين و 3 عناصر من “التنظيم” ومقتل 5 مدنيين، بالإضافة إلى إصابة 20 آخرين. –10 عملية في الحسكة أسفرت عن مقتل 7 وهم: 4 من “التنظيم”، و 2 من قوى الأمن الداخلي، وعنصر من “قسد”، وإصابة 2 آخرين. –7 عملية في الرقة أسفرت عن مقتل 5 من العسكريين هم عنصر من “قسد” و عنصر”الأسايش” و1 من “التنظيم” وإصابة 8 آخرين بجروح.
