Journalist Mahmoud Abu Sharbi Martyred in Northern Gaza Strip

Watan: Another Palestinian journalist was martyred today, Wednesday, as a result of the ongoing Israeli military aggression and bombardment of the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023. This brings the number of Palestinian media martyrs in the Strip to 227.

Local sources reported that journalist Mahmoud Issa Abu Sharbi was martyred as a result of an Israeli airstrike on the northern Gaza Strip.

He added that the occupation forces targeted a group of citizens near the training college at the Ansar Government Complex west of Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of five martyrs, including journalist Abu Sharbi, in addition to a woman and a child, and a number of injuries.

With the martyrdom of journalist Abu Sharbi, the number of journalists martyred since the beginning of the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip has risen to 227.

The occupation forces continue their fierce, aggressive war on the Gaza Strip, while continuing to target civilians and commit massacres against the starving.

وطن: استشهد، اليوم الأربعاء، صحفي فلسطيني آخر إثر استمرار العدوان العسكري والقصف الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023، ليرتفع عدد شهداء الإعلام الفلسطيني بالقطاع إلى 227 شهيدًا.

وأفادت مصادر محلية، بأن الزميل الصحفي محمود عيسى أبو شربي، قد ارتقى شهيدًا؛ جراء قصف إسرائيلي جوي على شمال قطاع غزة.

واضاف إلى أن قوات الاحتلال كانت قد استهدفت مجموعة من المواطنين قرب كلية التدريب بمجمع أنصار الحكومي غربي مدينة غزة، ما أدى لارتقاء 5 شهداء؛ بينهم الصحفي "أبو شربي" بالإضافة لشهيدة سيدة وطفل، وعدد من الإصابات.

وباستشهاد الزميل الصحفي "أبو شربي" يرتفع عدد الصحفيين الشهداء منذ بدء حرب الإبادة الجماعية في قطاع غزة إلى 227 صحفيًا.

وتُواصل قوات الاحتلال حربها العدوانية الشعواء على قطاع غزة، تزامنًا مع استمرار استهداف المدنيين وارتكاب مجازر بحق المجوّعين.
