The Associated Press reported: According to figures published by independent sources, Israeli attacks on Iran have so far left at least 639 dead and 1,329 wounded. This figure includes all Iranian victims, and among the dead, the identities of 263 civilians and 154 security forces have so far been determined.
The Associated Press added that the Iranian regime has not provided a regular count of war casualties and has downplayed the casualties in previous reports. The latest official report, released on Monday, had put the number of dead at 224 and wounded at 1,277.
The Associated Press reported today, 29 April, that a missile fired by Iran hit the main hospital in southern Israel early Thursday. Hospital officials said that as a result of the attack, a number of people were injured and that the hospital suffered “extensive damage.”
The Associated Press added: In separate attacks, Iranian missiles targeted a residential skyscraper in Tel Aviv and several other locations in central Israel. According to the Israeli relief organization, at least 40 people were injured in the attacks and six were reported to be in serious condition.
The state-run Mehr news agency wrote on Thursday, June 19: The information center of the police force announced in a statement: "A few hours ago, some buildings of the Faraj headquarters were attacked and a few of our colleagues were injured."
The regime's Atomic Energy Organization confirmed the attack on the heavy water nuclear facility in Khandab in a statement on Thursday, June 19, and wrote: "Israel, continuing its aggression and actions that violate international law that prohibits attacks on nuclear facilities, attacked the Khandab research reactor and heavy water complex this morning."
The Israeli army issued a statement on Thursday, saying, "The attack was carried out on components of the reactor's plutonium production in order to prevent it from returning its capability to producing nuclear weapons."

State media outlets reported the hacking of the regime's radio and television networks under the title "Disruption of the Broadcasting Service's signals."

The regime's official news agency, IRNA, wrote: "If you see interference or irrelevant messages while watching various television channels, it is due to the enemy's interference on satellite waves."

The Khabar Network TV also confirmed the hacking of the television and said:

News Section 21 and listeners of the National Radio of Your Service, I would like to inform you that if you see irrelevant messages on your television screen and you are in areas where you receive the Broadcasting Service signal via satellite, be aware that seeing these messages is due to interference by the Zionist enemy on the satellite.

The regime's Ministry of Communications imposed new restrictions on the Internet network in Iran.

The announcement from the regime’s Ministry of Communications states: “Given the continuing special conditions in the country and the aggressor’s misuse of the country’s communications network for military purposes and threats to people’s lives and property, by decision of the competent authorities, temporary restrictions have been imposed on users’ access to the internet.”

Referring to the restrictions and shutdown of the internet, the state-run newspaper Etemad wrote: “90 million Iranians are caught up in a devastating war. How many millions of Iranians abroad are heartbroken for their country and their families? In these circumstances, instead of facilitating Iranians’ communication with each other, are we leaving them unaware and without efficient means of communication?!”

This government source warned: “Cutting and restricting the internet, severe filtering, and disabling the means of connecting digital communication devices will certainly increase severe social discontent even more than before.”

آسوشيتدپرس امروز ۲۹ خبرداد نوشت موشك شليك شده توسط ايران بامداد پنج‌شنبه به بيمارستان اصلی جنوب اسرائيل اصابت كرد. مقامهای بیمارستان اعلام كرد در نتيجه اين حمله، شماری زخمی شدند و «خسارات گسترده‌ای» به بيمارستان وارد شده است.
آسوشیتدپرس افزود: در حملات جداگانه‌ ديگري، موشك‌های ايران يك آسمانخراش مسكوني در تل‌آويو و چند نقطه ديگر در مركز اسرائيل را هدف قرار دادند. به گفته سازمان امدادی اسرائيل، دست‌كم ۴۰ نفر در اين حملات زخمی شده‌ و حال ۶ تن وخيم گزارش شده است.
خبرگزاری حکومتی مهر پنجشنبه ۲۹ خرداد نوشت: مرکز اطلاع رسانی نیروی انتظامی، طی اطلاعیه یی اعلام کرد: ساعاتی پیش، برخی از ساختمان‌های ستاد فراجا مورد تعرض قرار گرفت و تعداد معدودی از همکاران مان مجروح شدند.
سازمان انرژی اتمی رژیم امروز روز پنجشنبه ۲۹ خرداد طی بیانیه حمله به تأسیسات اتمی آب سنگین در خنداب را تأیید کرد و نوشت:‌ اسرائيل در ادامه تجاوزات و اقدامات خلاف قوانین بین‌المللی که حمله به تاسیسات هسته‌ای را ممنوع کرده است؛ صبح امروز راکتور تحقیقاتی و مجتمع آب سنگین خنداب را مورد تهاجم قرار داد.
ارتش اسرآئيل امروز پنجشنبه با صدور بيانيه اي اعلام كرد «حمله صورت‌گرفته كه به اجزایی از توليد پلوتونيوم راکتور بود، به‌منظور جلوگیری از بازگرداندن قابلیت آن به سمت تولید تسلیحات هسته‌ای صورت گرفت.»

رسانه‌های حکومتی تحت عنوان « اختلال در سیگنال های پخش صداوسیما » به‌هک شبکه‌های رادیو و تلویزیون رژیم اذغان کردند.
خبرگزاری رسمی رژیم – ایرنا نوشت: اگر در هنگام تماشای شبکه‌های مختلف تلویزیون اختلال یا پیامهای نامربوط مشاهده می‌کنید، ناشی از اختلال‌سازی دشمن روی امواج ماهواره‌یی است
تلویزیون شبکه خبر نیز هک تلویزیون را تأیید کرد و گفت:

.. بخش خبری ۲۱ وشنوندگان رادیو سراسری خدمتون عرض می کنم که اگر پیامهای نامربوط به روی صفحه تلویزیون مشاهده می کنیدو در مناطقی هستید که سیگنال صدا و سیما را از طریق ماهواره دریافت می کنید آگاه باشید که مشاهده این پیامها ناشی از ایجاد اختلال توسط دشمن صهیونیستی بر روی ماهواره است

وزارت ارتباطات رژیم محدودیتهای جدیدی بر شبکه اینترنت در ایران اعمال کرد.
در اطلاعیه وزارت ارتباطات رژیم آمده است: با عنایت به تداوم شرایط ویژه کشور و با توجه به سو استفاده دشمن متجاوز، از شبکه ارتباطی کشور برای اهداف نظامی و تهدید جان و مال مردم ، با تصمیم مراجع ذی‌صلاح، موقتاً محدویت هایی در دسترسی کاربران به شبکه اینترنت اعمال شده است.

روزنامه حکومتی اعتماد با اشاره به محدود کردن و قطعی اینترنت نوشت: ۹۰ میلیون ایرانی گرفتار یک جنگ خانمانسوز شده‌اند چند میلیون ایرانی در خارج از کشور دلشان برای کشورشان و خانواده‌اشان در مشت‌شان است،‌ در این شرایط به جای این‌که ارتباط ایرانیان با یک‌دیگر را تسهیل کنیم، آن‌ها را بی‌خبر و بدون ابزارهای کارآمد ارتباطی رها می‌کنیم؟!
این منبع حکومتی هشدار داد: قطع و محدود ‌كردن اينترنت و فيلترينگ شديد و از كارانداختن راه‌هاي اتصال ابزارهاي ارتباطي ديجيتال قطعا بر نارضايتي‌هاي شديد اجتماعي بيش از پيش خواهد افزود
