#Breaking: IDF and Shin Bet Eliminate Hamas Prime Minister's Successor and Head of Finance in Hamas's Political Bureau, Ismail Barhoum

Yesterday, the IDF and Shin Bet conducted an operation in the Khan Younis area, eliminating the terrorist Ismail Barhoum, head of the finance department in Hamas's political bureau. Barhoum had recently been appointed to succeed Issam Da'alis, the former head of Hamas's government, who was killed last week.

Barhoum was a prominent member of the organization's political bureau, involved in decision-making that directly impacted Hamas's terrorist activities in the Gaza Strip.

In his capacity, Barhoum was responsible for managing the organization's finances in the Strip, including directing funds to Hamas's military wing and for planning and executing terrorist attacks against the State of Israel.

These funds were used to finance the organization's continued presence in the Strip, to carry out terrorist attacks, and to purchase weapons that posed a threat to IDF forces and Israeli citizens.

Barhoum was killed while receiving treatment at Nasser Hospital. Hamas, the terrorist organization, systematically violates international law and seizes civilian infrastructure, preventing the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip and the provision of decent living conditions for its residents. Hamas also brutally uses civilians as human shields for its activities.

The IDF and the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) will continue to operate against the Hamas terrorist organization and eliminate any threat to the citizens of the State of Israel.

شن جيش الدفاع والشاباك أمس غارة على منطقة خانيونس وقضيا على المخرب المدعو إسماعيل برهوم، مسؤول الدائرة المالية في المكتب السياسي لمنظمة حماس الإرهابية، والذي عُيّن حديثًا خلفًا للمدعو عصام الدعاليس، رئيس الحكومة الأسبق لمنظمة حماس الإرهابية الذي تم القضاء عليه الأسبوع الماضي.

وكان برهوم يُعد عنصرًا بارزًا في المكتب السياسي للمنظمة، حيث كان ضالعًا في اتخاذ القرارات التي كان لها من التأثير المباشر على النشاطات الإرهابية لحماس في قطاع غزة.

وفي إطار منصبه كان برهوم قائمًا على إدارة أموال المنظمة في القطاع، وبضمن ذلك توجيه الأموال لصالح الجناح العسكري لحماس ومن أجل التخطيط والتنفيذ للمخططات الإرهابية المستهدفة لدولة إسرائيل.

وقد استخدِمت هذه الأموال لتمويل استمرار بقاء المنظمة في القطاع ومن أجل ارتكاب عمليات إرهابية وشراء وسائل قتالية، شكلت تهديدًا على قوات جيش الدفاع ومواطني دولة إسرائيل.

هذا وتم القضاء على برهوم أثناء مكوثه في مستشفى ناصر حيث تنتهك حماس الإرهابية بصورة ممنهجة أحكام القانون الدولي وتستولي على بنى تحتية مدنية على نحو يحول دون إمكانية إعادة إعمار القطاع وتوفير ظروف العيش لأهاليه، مستغلةً بوحشية السكان المدنيين دروعًا بشرية لنشاطاتها.

جيش الدفاع وجهاز الأمن العام (الشاباك) سيواصلان العمل ضد منظمة حماس الإرهابية وإزالة أي تهديد على مواطني دولة إسرائيل.
