An appeal published by fellow journalist Iyad al-Rawagh, whose son was injured and left for treatment with his mother a few weeks ago.

Iyad was martyred tonight along with 11 members of his family, including an infant, in an Israeli airstrike on their home in the Nuseirat refugee camp. It also reached me, and it broke my heart and the hearts of everyone who read the news.
