Mehdi Beik, a reporter for the Etemad newspaper, published images of the damage to the Shahr-Ara Orchid Tower building in Tehran. He wrote on X-Net, "The screams of families searching for the bodies of their loved ones are heartbreaking. The images of dolls, photos, clothes, etc. are disturbing."

او در شبکه ایکس نوشته است، «فریادهای خانواده‌هایی که دنبال جنازه عزیزانشون میگشتند درناکه. تصویر عروسکها، عکسها، لباسها و...آزاردهنده است.»
