President Aoun expressed his grief over the martyrdom of a soldier and the injury of three others while dismantling explosives in Wadi al-Azbeh in the south. Once again, the army is paying with the blood of its sons the price of extending state authority over the south and achieving stability there through the implementation of Resolution 1701.
