- The occupation forces committed a new and horrific massacre against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, as their forces opened fire directly on hungry civilians who had gathered to receive aid at the so-called "aid distribution centers" in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. This led to the martyrdom of 10 civilians over the past two days and the injury of 62 others with varying degrees of severity. - This heinous crime occurred during peaceful gatherings of citizens driven by desperate need and extreme hunger to head to these sites that were supposed to provide them with aid. However, they were turned into death traps under the occupation forces' bullets and within the framework of a suspicious engineering project run by the American organization called "Gaza Humanitarian Relief" (GHF), which operates under the supervision and direct management of the occupation and lacks the principles of humanitarian work represented by: humanity, neutrality, integrity, and independence. This crime, which has been repeated for the second day in a row, embodies an unprecedented moral and humanitarian collapse and constitutes a full-fledged war crime under international law. It also constitutes conclusive evidence that the so-called "aid distribution areas" are nothing but a false humanitarian cover for racist security schemes aimed at humiliating, starving, and even killing Palestinians, if necessary, at the doorstep of bread. We hold the occupation fully legally responsible for committing this massacre and affirm that the use of food as a weapon of war and a means of political blackmail against civilians is a crime against humanity that requires accountability. We hold the so-called "GHF" organization morally and legally responsible for its direct complicity in covering up this crime by managing dangerous and unsafe distribution routes and its recent statements that are biased toward the occupation's narrative and mislead public opinion. We call on the United Nations and the Security Council to assume their urgent responsibilities and immediately halt these crimes by opening the official crossings without any restrictions, enabling neutral international organizations to operate freely and independently within the Gaza Strip, and sending international investigation committees to document the crimes of starvation and genocide. - We categorically reject any aid distribution projects that pass through the occupation or its functional institutions, and we warn against attempts to legitimize "buffer zones" as humanitarian corridors, as they are disguised traps for genocide. - We call on the free international community, and Arab and Islamic countries, to take immediate action to break the siege, reject all forms of complicity with the occupation, and establish independent and safe relief routes that preserve human dignity and prevent the recurrence of massacres. - The continued international silence on these crimes constitutes shameful complicity and perpetuates the policy of impunity that has long encouraged the occupation to commit massacres. We recall that deliberate starvation constitutes a form of genocide under Article II of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

- الاحتلال يرتكب مجزرة جديدة ومروعة بحق المدنيين الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة حيث فتحت قواته النار بشكل مباشر على مواطنين مدنيين جوعى احتشدوا لتسلُّم المساعدات عند ما يُسمى "مراكز توزيع المساعدات" في رفح جنوب قطاع غزة ما أدى إلى استشهاد 10 مدنيين خلال اليومين الماضيين وإصابة 62 آخرين بجراح متفاوتة الخطورة. - وقعت هذه الجريمة البشعة خلال تجمّعات سلمية لمواطنين دفعتهم الحاجة القاتلة والجوع المدقع إلى التوجه لتلك المواقع التي يُفترض أن تُقدّم لهم المساعدات لكنها تحوّلت إلى مصائد موت تحت رصاص الاحتلال وضمن مشروع هندسي مشبوه تُديره المؤسسة الأمريكية المسماة "غزة للإغاثة الإنسانية" (GHF) التي تعمل تحت إشراف الاحتلال وبإدارته المباشرة وتفتقر لمبادئ العمل الإنساني المتمثلة في: الإنسانية والحياد والنزاهة والاستقلالية. - هذه الجريمة التي تكررت لليوم الثاني على التوالي تُجسّد انهيارًا أخلاقيًا وإنسانيًا غير مسبوق وتُعد جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان بموجب القانون الدولي كما تُشكّل دليلًا قاطعًا على أنّ ما يُسمى "مناطق توزيع المساعدات" ليس سوى غطاء إنساني زائف لمخططات أمنية عنصرية تهدف إلى إذلال الفلسطينيين وتجويعهم بل وقتلهم إن لزم الأمر على أعتاب الخبز. - نحمل الاحتلال المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة عن ارتكاب هذه المجزرة ونؤكد أن استخدام الغذاء كسلاح حرب ووسيلة ابتزاز سياسي ضد المدنيين يُعد جريمة ضد الإنسانية تستوجب المحاسبة. - نحمل المؤسسة المسماة "GHF" المسؤولية الأخلاقية والقانونية لتورطها المباشر في تغطية هذه الجريمة من خلال إدارة مسارات توزيع خطيرة وغير آمنة وتصريحاتها الأخيرة المنحازة لرواية الاحتلال والمضلِّلة للرأي العام الإنساني. - ندعو الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن إلى تحمّل مسؤولياتهم العاجلة ووقف هذه الجرائم فورًا عبر فتح المعابر الرسمية دون أي قيود وتمكين المنظمات الدولية المحايدة من العمل الحر والمستقل داخل القطاع وإرسال لجان تحقيق دولية لتوثيق جرائم التجويع والإبادة. - نرفض رفضًا قاطعًا أي مشاريع توزيع مساعدات تمر عبر الاحتلال أو مؤسساته الوظيفية ونُحذّر من محاولات شرعنة "المناطق العازلة" كممرات إنسانية فهي مصائد إبادة جماعية مُقنّعة. - نناشد المجتمع الدولي الحر والدول العربية والإسلامية، بالتحرك الفوري لكسر الحصار ورفض كل أشكال التواطؤ مع الاحتلال وإنشاء مسارات إغاثية مستقلة وآمنة تحفظ الكرامة الإنسانية وتمنع تكرار المجازر. - استمرار الصمت الدولي على هذه الجرائم يُعد تواطؤًا مخزيًا ويُكرّس سياسة الإفلات من العقاب التي طالما شجّعت الاحتلال على ارتكاب المجازر ونُذكّر بأن التجويع المتعمد يُعد شكلًا من أشكال الإبادة الجماعية وفق المادة الثانية من اتفاقية منع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية لعام 1948
