Recently, last year when I went to prison I asked Hamid Saeedi who had been made supervisor of the ‘visitation without presence’ hall if he can live on the prison salary?!

He said from years ago on days I don’t come to the prison, I take my van and go to Amin Hozour (a shop) and move loads.

Hamid Saeedi was a worker of the prison organisations and was the guard of our ward (Evin Ward 350) his relationship with the prisoners was good and respectful.

Israel in its attack on Evin Prison as “symbolic” killed 71 Iranians who were mostly ordinary people to show it’s concerned for the freedom of the people of Iran!
