The footage includes interviews: Hussein from the neighboorhood said that \u201c<em>this is a civilian area and yet the Russians have bombed it<\/em>.\u201d Abu Yahya, a paramedic said \u201c<em>this is a civilian area and there are not armed groups here. The place which was targeted is a school for children and children were inside playing, what are they shooting at?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A video by <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ib7vaDHlkJg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Halab news agency<\/a> said two or three civilians died and more than five were injured in \u201c<em>regime and Russian airstrikes,<\/em>\u201d while a t<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/baladinetwork\/status\/724325490480300032?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">weet by Baladi<\/a> showed \u201c<em>the effects of destruction in Russian shelling Al-Mowasalat<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"http:\/\/www.shaam.org\/news\/syria-news\/%E2%80%9C%D8%AD%D9%84%D8%A8-%D9%88-%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%86%D9%8A%D9%87%D8%A7%E2%80%9D-%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%81-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%85-%D8%BA%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D8%AA%D9%87%D8%AF%D9%81-%D9%84%D9%84%D9%82%D8%AA%D9%84-%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%AF%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%B1-%D8%AA%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%84-%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%AA%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%AD-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D8%AD%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%A1-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%83%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Shaam News Network<\/a> said that regime and Russian warplanes killed several people including children. The <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SN4HR\/status\/724281343706828801?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Syrian Network for Human Rights<\/a> blamed the Assad regime and reported that \u201cat least\u201d a woman and a child had been victims of the regime shelling.<\/p>\n<p>Two victims were listed by the VDC as killed in \u201c<em>warplane shelling\u201d <\/em>by<em> \u201cSyrian government and affiliated militias<\/em>\u201c:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a style=\"color: #000000\"
