{"id":31125,"date":"2015-08-14T17:34:41","date_gmt":"2015-08-14T17:34:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/airwars.org\/civilian-casualties\/cs114\/"},"modified":"2022-01-18T17:04:11","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T17:04:11","slug":"cs114-august-14-2015","status":"publish","type":"civ","link":"https:\/\/airwars.org\/civilian-casualties\/cs114-august-14-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"CS114 &#8211; August 14, 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Damascus Centre for Human Rights Studies named <strong><a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"http:\/\/dchrs.org\/ar\/?p=3220\">Bassam Abd Al Kareem Al Sai\u2019id<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0as a civilian victim of alleged Coalition bombing on Talbissa, Homs.<\/p>\n<p>A second source naming him also as Abu Khaled, says he was from Talbissa, Homs but killed in Raqqa as a result of coalition bombing.<\/p>\n<p>In its monthly civilian casualty assessment for October 2019 \u2013 published on December 5th of that year \u2013 the US-led Coalition assessed this event to be \u2018non credible\u2019, noting: \u201cAugust 14, 2015, in Talbisah, Syria, via Airwars report.
