According to the group, the victim \u201c<em>came from Mabrouka in the western countryside of Rass Al Ain<\/em>.\u201d Other sites also reported his death, which was additionally claimed for both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shrc.org\/?p=24445\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">January 17th<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/cdf-sy.org\/content\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=2403:2016-01-20-07-01-13&amp;catid=29:-2012\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">January 19th<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ara News, in an evening strike the international Coalition targeted <em>\u201cthree locations near Raqqa city with a drone, which led to the destruction of a tactical unit belonging to Daesh<\/em>.\u201d Citing Raqaa is Being Slaughtered, the article also reported that there had not as yet been any reports of civilian casualties from the event.<\/p>\n<p>In their February 2020 civilian casualty report, the US-led Coalition assessed reports that they were responsible for civilian harm in this strike as \u201cnon-credible\u201d, stating that no Coalition actions were conducted in the geographical area at that
