Jsirtv reported that one child was one of two victims, and also blamed Russia.<\/p>\n
The strikes were most likely carried out by Russia, as almost all sources pointed to this. These were Zaman al-Wasl, Syrian Press Center, Muslim, Jsirtv, @el-Dorar, @ShahbaPress, SN4HR and HNN.
