Before 5:13 on December 4th 2023, an Israeli aircraft allegedly bombed the homes of Palestinian civilians in Northern Gaza’s Jabalia Refugee Camp, reportedly hitting Abu Obaid’s house in Block 5.

While the sources reporting the incident did not mention any deaths, they pointed out that a “number of citizens were still under the rubble”, adding that “due to the disruption of the health system in Northern Gaza,” ambulances were “unable to reach the place.”The fate of those trapped remains unknown and absent further information, an injury toll of 2-2 has been recorded. This assessment will be updated if additional information emerges.

Some of these sources shared an image of the rubble in the aftermath of the reported incident, in which shattered buildings in the middle of the camp can be seen.

Where sources identified the belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to the Israeli military.
