On Saturday, August 24, 2024, Mohammed Izzat bo Ouda, a 48-year-old man, was killed when he was shot by alleged Israeli gunfire. Three others were also injured in the incident as the Israeli forces reportedly opened fire on IDP tents on Street 5, west of Khan Younis. Mohammed and the wounded were taken to the Kuwait Specialised Field Hospital.
