On Saturday, 4 November 2023, several people were reported injured when an alleged Israeli strike struck the home of the Abu Rayala family near the Steps Junction in the al-Nasr neighbourhood of western Gaza City. There were no further details on the victims, though this assessment will be updated if further information emerges.

Shehab News Agency, Snd News Agency and Palestine TV reported the attack on Twitter/X alongside a variety of other sources on social media. They both attributed blame to the Israeli military and reported several injuries as a result of the airstrike. Some sources, including Palestine TV, reported that those injured were transferred to the site but the name of the hospital was not given.

Where sources identified the belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to the Israeli military.
