On the morning of December 15, 2024, multiple civilians were reportedly injured by alleged Israeli quadcopter drone strikes which resulted in the burning of homes around Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip.

Multiple sources, including Cairo Nous, Fateh News, and @Talalibrahim81 reported that Israeli quadcopter drones dropped bombs on citizens’ homes near Kamal Adwan Hospital. Safa News (local news) and @ansarollah_ye reported that “injuries” resulted from the quadcopter bombings, and no further details could be found on the number or identities of the victims. MSDR News, Ahmed bin Boubaker, and @Almasirahbrk all reported that Israeli forces “burned dozens of homes” around Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Beit Lahia project. This assessment will be updated if more information emerges.

All sources that identified a belligerent attributed the strike to Israeli forces.
