On March 18, 2025, two civilians were injured when alleged Israeli drones opened fire east of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip. The incident was confirmed by several independent outlets, including PalinfoAr on X and Dhahiriya Mix (the southern fortress) on Facebook. However, as the civilian harm information was repeated by sources, this incident has been graded “weak” until further information is found.
