Airwars Assessment
On the afternoon of March 18, 2025 – the day a ceasefire in hostilities ended in Gaza – five people were injured in an alleged Israeli airstrike that hit a vehicle. According to sources, the “civilian” car was located on Al-Nasr Street, west of Gaza City.
The majority of reports referred to five injuries or just “injuries” and noted that those who were injured were taken to Al-Shifa hospital; however, a post from Joud Kaheel on Facebook referred to five “martyrs,” but this was inconsistent with other sources. For this reason, the upper limit of the civilians reported killed has been marked as five.
Where sources identified a belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to Israeli forces.
