Last Updated: December 19, 2025

On March 18, 2025, an unknown number of civilian injuries resulted from alleged Israeli artillery shelling on the town of Khuza’a, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

A Safa correspondent reported on “injured” from Israeli artillery shelling on Khuza’a and an Al Jazeera correspondent also reported the same information regarding injuries in Khuza’a. Although there were few details on the number of those harmed, given multiple sources Airwars has marked this as a ‘fair’ event, and put an estimated injury toll of 2-2 given references in the plural. More information will be updated should it come to light.

Various other independent media users, such as Mahmoud Jarwan on Facebook or @sawtelghad on X/Twitter, confirmed the strike type as artillery shelling and reconfirmed the location of Khuza’a.

Where sources identified the belligerent, all sources attributed the shelling to the Israeli military.
