With deep sorrow and sadness, we received today the news of the martyrdom of Captain Mohammed Ahmed Al-Askari, brother of Brigadier General Kamal Ahmed Al-Askari, Director General of Al-Haymah Al-Dakhiliyah District and Head of the Local Council, as a result of his severe injuries as a result of the Israeli bombardment yesterday, Wednesday, on Al-Tahrir District in the capital, Sana'a. This bombing claimed the lives of more than 14 martyrs and razed more than ten homes to the ground.
With this great loss, we offer our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to our brother Abu Murtada Kamal Al-Askari, his brothers and father, and to all his family and loved ones. May God protect your hearts with patience and accept the deceased among the martyrs.

The passing of the martyred Lieutenant Colonel Ali Al-Shara'i represents a great loss, but at the same time, it is a badge of honor and pride, proving that the battle of words is no less sacred than the battle of weapons, and that the blood of martyrs will remain a beacon illuminating the paths of the free.

تزفُّ عزلة الشراعي إلى أمتنا شهيدها البطل، الصحفي المقدّم علي ناجي سعيد حسن الرماني الشراعي،
الذي ارتقت روحه الطاهرة نتيجة القصف الغادر الذي شنّه العدوان الصهيوني على مبنى صحافة 26 سبتمبر في العاصمة صنعاء، حيث تم انتشال جثمانه الطاهر من بين الركام مساء اليوم بعد ثلاثة أيام من القصف.
إن رحيل الشهيد المقدّم علي الشراعي يمثّل خسارة جسيمة، لكنه في الوقت ذاته وسام شرف وفخر، إذ يثبت أن معركة الكلمة لا تقل قداسة عن معركة السلاح، وأن دماء الشهداء ستظل نبراساً ينير دروب الأحرار.
نسأل الله العلي القدير أن يتقبله في الشهداء والصديقين، وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم أهله وذويه الصبر والسلوان.
ولا عزاء للمتخاذلين والخانعين.

During the conflict, no one was spared: not the innocent, not those seeking a livelihood, nor even those who chose the path of knowledge and work, such as *Dr. Salim Abdullah Abdo Ahmed Al-Wateeri*, who paid with his life for this absurdity. The Yemeni citizen has become a double victim: a victim of external bombardment and a victim of internal militias that relentlessly drag the country toward the abyss. How many lives have been lost, how many dreams have been buried under the rubble, and how many mothers have lost their sons, just as we lost today *Dr. Salim Abdullah Abdo Ahmed Al-Wateeri*, whose name will remain etched in the memory of all who knew him. The Yemeni Saba News Agency mourned journalist Abdullah Mahdi Al-Bahri, who was martyred as a result of the treacherous and cowardly Zionist attack on the headquarters of the 26 September newspaper.
The agency indicated in its obituary that journalist Abdullah Al-Bahri was martyred while performing his work, along with a number of colleagues, at the 26 September newspaper headquarters, which was directly targeted by the brutal Zionist enemy.
The agency emphasized that this terrorist crime against the media in Yemen represents an extension of the criminal approach and systematic Zionist targeting of media outlets and journalists in Gaza, which constitutes a flagrant violation of all international and humanitarian conventions.
It noted that targeting media outlets, civilian facilities, and densely populated residential neighborhoods is damning evidence of the bankruptcy and chaos plaguing the Zionist entity, as well as its blatant attempts to silence free media outlets that continue to expose its crimes and savagery in Palestine, Yemen, and other countries in the region.
The statement praised the virtues of the martyred Bahri and his dedication and devotion to his media duties since joining the Yemeni News Agency, Saba, stressing that this crime and other Zionist crimes will not deter free national media outlets from continuing their efforts in the battle to raise awareness and confront the misinformation practiced by the Zionist media.
The agency expressed its sincere condolences to the family of the martyred Bahri and the families of the martyred media personnel, asking God Almighty to bestow His mercy upon all the martyrs of the treacherous Zionist aggression on the capital, Sana'a, and Al-Jawf Governorate, and to grant them a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire their families and loved ones with patience and solace.

نعت وكالة الأنباء اليمنية سبأ الصحفي عبد الله مهدي البحري الذي استشهد جراء العدوان الصهيوني الغادر والجبان على مقر صحيفة 26 سبتمبر.
وأشارت الوكالة في بيان النعي إلى أن الصحفي عبد الله البحري استشهد أثناء أداء عمله إلى جانب عدد من الزملاء بمقر صحيفة 26 سبتمبر، الذي تعرض للاستهداف المباشر من قبل العدو الصهيوني الغاشم.
وأكدت أن هذه الجريمة الإرهابية بحق وسائل الإعلام في اليمن تمثل امتدادا للنهج الإجرامي والاستهداف الصهيوني الممنهج لوسائل الإعلام والصحافيين في غزة، والتي تمثل انتهاكا صارخا لكل المواثيق الدولية والإنسانية.
وأشارت إلى أن استهداف وسائل الإعلام والأعيان المدنية والأحياء السكنية المكتظة بالمواطنين يمثل دليلا دامغا على حالة الإفلاس والتخبط التي يمر بمر بها الكيان الصهيوني ومحاولاته المكشوفة لإسكات وسائل الإعلام الحرة التي تواصل كشف جرائمه وتعرية ما يمارسه من عربدة في فلسطين واليمن وغيرها من دول المنطقة..
وأشاد البيان بمناقب الشهيد البحري وما كان يتحلى به من إخلاص وتفان في أداء مهامه الإعلامية منذ التحاقه بالعمل في وكالة الأنباء اليمنية سبأ.. مؤكدا أن هذه الجريمة وغيرها من الجرائم الصهيونية لن تثني وسائل الإعلام الوطنية الحرة عن مواصلة جهودها في معركة الوعي ومواجهة التضليل الذي يمارسه الإعلام الصهيوني.

One of his friends said about him:
He lived alone... and departed as a martyr. I once asked him: Why didn't you get married?
He smiled sadly and said: I don't want to be the cause of anyone's suffering.
I didn't understand the depth of those words at the time, and I and others who knew him repeated the question over and over again, but he would suffice with his answer: "When the situation is right, I will get married."
One day, we went out together, passing from one street to another. We passed children. And women; one extends his hand, begging passersby for help, another sells water to earn a living, and another carries a baby in her arms, begging people for help.
He pointed to them and said, "This child belongs in school, and this time her place is at home. She deserves to live with dignity."
I nodded, believing what he said.
We arrived at the restaurant and entered, and the supervisor called. It was a boy no more than fourteen years old. He came, took the medicine, and left. Then he said to me, "This one, too, should have been in school, but necessity drove him to work."
I said, "What do you know?" Let's ask him why?

لم أفهم حينها عمق تلك الكلمات، وأعدت عليه السؤال مرارً وتكرارً انا وغيري ممن يعرفه، لكنه كان يكتفي بجوابه عندما يكون الوضع مناسب ساتزوج.
في أحد الأيام خرجنا معاً، فمررنا من شارع لاخر مررنا باطفال ونساء؛ هذا يمد يده مستعطفاً المارة طالباً المساعدة، وذاك يبيع الماء ليكسب لقمة عيش، وتلك تحمل بين يديها رضيعاً تستعطف به الناس طالبة العون منهم.
اشار إليهم ويقول: هذا الطفل مكانه المدرسة، وهذه المرة مكانها البيت تستحق أن تعيش بكرامة.
هززت راسي مؤمناً بما قاله.
وصلنا المطعم ودخلنا، فنادى المباشر كان طفل لا يتجاوز الرابعة عشرة من عمره جاء واخذ الطب وانصرف عندها قال لي: هذا أيضاً كان يجب أن يكون في المدرسة، لكن الحاجة دفعته للعمل.
فقولت ما ادرك؟ لنسأله عن السبب؟
فغضب وقال: وإن عرفت السبب، ماذا ستفعل؟ هل ستغير شيئاً؟
أجبته: لا
فقال اذاً لا داعي لان تعرف إن لم يكن بوسعك أن تفعل حلاً لذلك.
وأضاف بصوت خافت: اتدري ياسمير فقولت: ماذا؟
قال: لهذا السبب لا أريد ان اتزوج… حتى لا يشقى أحد بسببي بعد موتي
واليوم… رحل دون أن يرهق أحداً، مات كما عاش: خفيفاً كالعصفور.
كان يشتري الماء من بائعٍ صغير أو امرأةٍ تفترش الشارع في احدا الجولات، ولو كلفه ذالك قطع مسافة، فقط لأنه كان يرى في ذلك إدخالاً للسرور عليهم.
وكان، عند استلم راتبه، ينطلق مسرعاً ليسدد دينه، ويوزع ما تبقى منه على من يصدافه من المشردين والضعفا المحتاجين، ليعود خالي الجيب، ممتلئ القلب.
يا قوم انها الانسانية.
يعرفه الكثير من الزملا، أحبه كل من عرفه.
انه "العصفور" هذا هو لقبه
